Shipping policy 

For ready-to-wear items, please allow up to one week from purchase for dispatch. I am not responsible for the item after proof of postage and tracking number have been sent to you. 

All orders are dispatched from the UK. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked. If shipping to your country is not available, please email me at natasha.crawford2828@gmail.com.

I am not responsible for covering any custom fees. The recipient is responsible for paying the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes. Parcels will be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcel being returned, delayed or in some cases destroyed.

I am not responsible for the sale of any community knits - please contact eBay if there are any issues.
