Shipping policy
Phone cases are made to order and shipped directly from a fulfilment centre near you. Delivery times are as follows:
UK 5 - 6 business days
Europe 4 - 19 business days
USA 7 - 10 business days
Canada 14 business days
Australia & New Zealand 3 - 9 business days
Rest of the World 11 - 28 business days
Delivery times are estimates and might differ based on the number of orders to process.
For ready-to-wear items, please allow up to one week from purchase for dispatch. I am not responsible for the item after proof of postage and tracking number have been sent to you. Orders are dispatched from the UK. All orders are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked. If shipping to your country is not available, please email me at natasha.crawford2828@gmail.com. I am not responsible for covering any custom fees. The recipient is responsible for paying the destination country's customs charges, duties, or taxes. Parcels will be held by customs until any outstanding payments are made. Any payments not received may result in parcel being returned, delayed or in some cases destroyed.
Returns policy
I do not accept returns on ready-to-wear items as profits for these are donated to charity. Phone cases are made to order and so returns are only accepted if the case if faulty. If this occurs, please contact me directly at natasha.crawford2828@gmail.com.
